This was a great set of Zone Conferences, we focused on the Baptismal Challenge, as well as Sacrifice and Consecration. We love meeting with our Missionaries and the Spirit was wonderful.

Our Elders had to be separated!!

3 of our bigger missionaries were having a little fun after Zone Conference. Elders Thurgood, Stakebake, and Denucci were burning off a little nervous energy following Conference. Elder Stakebake was trying to keep them apart, but to no avail.

Baptism in Clinton

A great day for this Clinton, MS family, as well as Elders Despain and Larsen. Great work Elders and all others who helped this wonderful couple enter the waters of Baptism.

Farewell to Elder & Sister Hughes

Elder & Sister Hughes have been serving a records preservation mission in our Mission. They did a wonderful job at that as well as helping our full time missionaries with ride, lessons, meals, and a wonderful example on how to serve the Lord. We will miss Elder & Sister Hughes.

Real Lumberjacks

This is how they trim Pine trees in the South, this shows you how high these guys climb with a chainsaw on their hip, and no bucket truck, lift, or net below. This is actually in our neighborhood.

Boone’s Lake Clinton, Mississippi

On our way to the Boone’s we had to take a couple of snap shots of these two beautiful lakes. Spring is so beautiful in our Mission.

The Assistant Shuffle, Farewell Elder Barnard, Welcome Elder Toone.

We hate to bid farewell to Elder Barnard, he has been an amazing missionary, and his guidance in the office as an Assistant has been so valuable. We will miss Elder Barnard, we are excited to welcome Elder Toone as our new Assistant to serve with Elder Powell. These are great missionaries!!!

Welcome Elder & Sister Erickson

We welcome Elder & Sister Erickson to the Mississippi Jackson Mission, they will take over the Media/Referral, and Fleet Coordinator responsibilities. They are from Clearfield Utah, we are so excited to have them in our mission, and especially in our office. Now our Elders can go out and work their areas. Thanks for serving.
