We decided to support as many baptisms as we could for the last day of 2010. Our missionaries have really been blessed for their hard work and diligence. We started in Slidell, with a baptism in Spanish. Next we traveled to Gulfport where sisters entered the waters of baptism and then finished the evening in Laurel. It was a wonderful way to finish the year, our hearts are touched as we experience each and every miracle.
This is some of the experiences that have taken place in our lives as we have been called to serve as Mission President and wife of the Mississippi Jackson Mission in 2009. We are now adding some candid shots of our missionaries as they move the Work forward in this Great Mission. Sorry to report that we cannot include everyone, we try to hit some of the highlights.

Arrivals and a Birthday Surprise
Sister Tucker celebrated her Birthday welcoming nine new missionaries to the MJM. Sister Rogers and Sister Erickson decided to plan a surprise and you can view the rest. With the increased crimes in the neighborhood, it seems the Mission Home needed a Guard Dog, they came up with the perfect solution.

Christmas with our Mission Family
President and the Assistants spent Christmas with “Tie Unity”. It was fun to enjoy Breakfast with our Jackson missionaries hosted by Elder and Sister Erickson and Elder and Sister Rogers. Afterwards we got some special computer aids from the Assistants, and lots of care packages from our family. We had a wonderful day and love and appreciate all of you!
