This is some of the experiences that have taken place in our lives as we have been called to serve as Mission President and wife of the Mississippi Jackson Mission in 2009. We are now adding some candid shots of our missionaries as they move the Work forward in this Great Mission. Sorry to report that we cannot include everyone, we try to hit some of the highlights.

Thanks to President Tuckers niece Becky, a Tucker Family Reunion was held in Jackson on Saturday. We were treated to a visit from President Tuckers brothers and their wives, along with some of his nieces and nephews and their families. Better Pictures of our Assistants
After a Trainer Training meeting at the Clinton Meetinghouse, we went back to the rear of the parking lot for photos of our assistants. It is so beautiful and would make a perfect setting for a temple :)

Elder Nykamp New Assistant
Saturday Elder Nykamp began serving as an Assistant to President Tucker. Elder Spangler is teaching him all that he knows so that he can move to a new area and train a new missionary on Tuesday. When we arrived at the office Tuesday morning this is how we found them – It helped put a smile on all of our faces.

Mission Presidents Seminar–Atlanta, Georgia
Leaving mission boundaries is a big deal, especially when it only happens two times a year. We had the opportunity to drive to Atlanta and attend our last Seminar. We will miss the wonderful training by our leaders and association with the other mission presidents and wives in our Area. This was also the last Seminar for President & Sister Satterfield, President & Sister Cotterell, and President & Sister Thomas.
